Everything was great. Juan was very attentive and professional, and the room was clean. Only at midnight did the fireplace turn on by itself. It scared us a lot. But from then on, everything was fine.
We loved the location between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Loved the furnishings comfortable and in keeping with the historical history surrounding the motel. The area has many attractions historical and cultural
We stayed here for 1 night after a wedding and it was great. The rooms have a nice mix of vintage and modern day comforts. The bathrooms are thoughtfully upgraded and the bed was comfortable! It was nice and quiet at night and we were able to get delicious lattes and cappuccino in the morning.
The Kent Motel was exactly what we were looking for. It's kind of halfway between Niagara and Niagara on the Lake. Easy access to both with a car. Our room was large and with a very comfortable bed. We had a great balcony that we used a lot. There is a bar fridge stocked with a few bottles of wine (and a price list) or snacks if you're interested. There is also a small outdoor patio and lounge that customers are encouraged to use. The motel is in a very quiet residential area, and we really appreciated the downtime. Hats off to Matt and the rest of the staff for how accommodating they were with our check-in time. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. It made for the perfect4-dayy getaway.
I recently stayed at this motel this weekend and loved my time here. Honestly this place doesn’t even feel like a motel, but more like an airbnb. Its situated in a beautiful quiet area in Niagara on the Lake, and is next door to some beautiful spots. The South Landing building is beautiful on the inside, and my room was so cute!! Due to me being an Expedia VIP member, it even came with a free bottle of Niagara red wine. The fridge is fully stocked with Canadian beverages (that you have to pay for but its worth it!). They make sure to have quality products that are environmentally safe & responsible. They have a lounge underneath that serves honestly the best breakfast that changes everyday. I had a goat cheese quiche one day and it was so delicious. The food is honestly really yummy and freshly baked. They even have bikes nearby on the lot that you can rent if you want to have some active fun. The attention to detail this place has, is honestly amazing and shows they really care about giving the best experience. Now the staff, were nothing short of amazing too! They were all so sweet and friendly and very accommodating. It was such a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere. I had the best time and felt so comfortable at this place. I will definitely be back! I cant say enough nice things. Thanks for having me this weekend
We booked the motel as it was recommended by Kingslayer fishing who we were fishing with the next morning. The rooms were very clean they gave us complementary bottles of wine for my birthday and a hand written note wishing me a happy birthday. They also gave myself and my friend a complementary breakfast as we had to be at the boat for 430am. The breakfast came with a quiche, trail mix, yogurt, muffin and a juice. Our check was via email and they supplied us with the door code. The checkout was the same. Which made it super easy to do.
Lovely place. Big thank you to Yvonne for sorting me out. A lovely person to deal with - even gave me a perfect spot for watching the fireworks. The room was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere when entering. The one thing I found weird was there was no bin but I never said anything as I only noticed an hour or so before I was checking out, so to be fair I'd say there would be one normally but was just forgotten. Good bed - was comfortable. Had no issue with parking and the location is perfect. You are close to everything but still feel like you are in a small village surrounded by nature. 10/10 would recommend.
Really a pleasant, quiet, beautiful hotel with great modern vibe. Everything was clean. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Pastries and coffee were so delicious! Flaky and fresh and hit the spot. Check in/out was a breeze. For the price it was a steal. No breakfast included though, but having the lounge available Thursday-Mon in the morning was nice.
